Disappointed
So I went to my local Harris Teeter tonight (Monroe) and was very disappointed with the triple coupon weekend. Almost all of the things that I had coupons for that were also on sale were out of stock! If I had attempted to get rainchecks for everything, I would have needed a raincheck for over half of my list! Huge disappointment! We are pretty close to the Wesley Chapel Harris Teeter--maybe they are better stocked. Did you try triple coupons? What was your experience at your local Harris Teeter?

that was my experience the first time I went when I started with coupons. I learned to go on Thursday if possible (we had a 2 hour delay so I went in the morning on Thursday). Also, I learned that they do re-stock on the weekends and Sunday morning may be another time to try. It is very busy there during triple coupons. Also, you can only use 20 coupons at one time so be careful with that. I had to do 4 different orders Thursday, but I did get lots of good deals! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteWell I went today (Sunday) and did pretty well..we ended up saving about $70 after we both used our 20 coupons...so maybe the key is to go either Thursday or after they restock on Sunday
